Nadal was ranked World No. 2, behind Roger Federer for a record 160 weeks before earning the top spot,

Unfortunately and due to his injury nadal lost his place as #1 and he is currently at #3 after Andy moray

Messi began playing football at a young age and his potential was quickly identified by FC Barcelona. He left Rosario-based Newell’s Old Boys’s youth team in 2000 and moved with his family to Europe, as Barcelona offered treatment for his growth hormone deficiency. Making his debut in the 2004–05 season, he broke the La Liga record for the youngest footballer to play a league game, and also the youngest to score a league goal.

Today Im Going to Write  about the strongest man in the world, in 2008 Mariusz Pudzianowski (polish) the defender of the 2007 strongest man in the world title won the title again beating his competitor Derek Poundstone (American),
The competition was so close, Mariusz was 1 point behind at the final round but he managed to win that round and by that he won the title of the strongest man in the world.
This video demonstrates the events and the competition:

Mariusz achieved that title 5 times in the history of the competition and these are in 2008, 2007,2005,2003,2002
And he finished second in 2006 and third in 2004.
The 2009 Qualifying rounds will be held between 26th and 29th of September, with the Finals being held from the 1st to 3rd of October.

While I was surfing Guinness World Records today I saw this amazing record that no one would ever imagine that it can happen.
The record is about a man balancing a mini car on his head for about 33 seconds, I don’t know about you but I would never even think of carrying a mini car on my head literally for 33 seconds.

This video was taken in England where John Evans balanced a gutted Mini car weighing a total of 160kg (356lb) on his head for 33 seconds at The London Studios, London, England and by doing that he entered Guinness world record:
