I Want to SLEEP!!
I’m sure news like this one won’t make you sleep until you get this TV, or maybe you are waiting for your download to finish,make you stay up , but you know one thing for sure, you need to sleep…and here is our guide to sleep well :
1- Caffeine and Alcohol Curfew
You want to sleep, you need to put some rules , stop drinking anything with caffeine near sleep time , and you will see some great results regarding sleeping…and if you drink Alcohol, try drink some water before sleeping , at least you won’t have dry mouth when you wake up.
2- Watch your Stomach
Don’t go to bed with full stomach, i know there is a alot of great stuff to eat…it will feel like a fight down there, but also if you are hungry and your stomach is crying for some food, maybe turkey and milk can give you a boost to sleep, as they both help you sleep faster.
3- Forget about the Tech World
Turn off your computer an hour before sleeping, no need for the TV…just give yourself a break for this tech-savvy world we are living in , no need to check your email , cause if you do it you will sleep thinking about your work, just forget about computers and TVs for an hour or two before sleeping.
4- Got something on your mind, write it down.
You keep thinking about what you should do tomorrow, or what happened with you today , grab a piece of paper and write down whatever you think, what you need to do tomorrow…just take it out of your head, and in another safe place.
5- Be ready for tomorrow
keep thinking about how you will start tomorrow, what you will do first…don’t wait for tomorrow prepare your clothes before you sleep, your back bag, anything you know that will take some time of your day start , and if you keep doing this on a daily basis , your mind will get it that now its sleeping time.
6- Meditate or keep a journal
Some praying before sleeping might give you the inner peace, or just write down what happened with you on the day, stuff like that help you very much.
